You're one of his 30 clients. Of the 60-plus things your week produces, he holds onto three.
Your weigh-in, how many times you trained, roughly what you ate. The rest slip, and the ones that matter usually show up late.
1:1 strength and physique coaching for men people depend on, at work, at home, or both. A real coach who reviews your week, reads your numbers, and changes the plan when life does.
10 founding spots at $199/month · every check-in reviewed by DonYour team counts on you. Your family counts on you. Your body is the one thing nobody's checking on.
You're the one who shows up for everyone. Somewhere along the way, you stopped showing up for yourself.
You used to be able to eat anything. Train sporadically and still look decent. Then your 30s happened: the career, the kids, the mortgage. Somewhere in there the mirror stopped cooperating.
You don't need more information. You've read the articles. You know what protein is. What you need is a plan that survives contact with a 50-hour work week, and someone in your corner making sure you actually follow it.
That's the job.
That's what I do.
Most online coaching is a plan in an app and a coach you hear from once a month. With that, the plan you were given on Monday is the plan you are stuck with on Thursday. Built Wilder is me in your corner all week: reviewing your numbers, answering your messages, and rewriting the plan the moment it stops fitting. The system I built behind it is why I can give every client that much attention.
"Strength's climbing and adherence is solid. Small tweak to sleep this week."
Most coaching runs on what the coach can hold in his head. I built software that doesn't have to. It ingests everything your week produces and analyses it against your whole history, then flags what deserves my attention: the lift that has stalled, the sleep that is slipping, the number that moved when it shouldn't have. It doesn't coach you. It makes sure nothing gets past me when I do.
You're one of his 30 clients. Of the 60-plus things your week produces, he holds onto three.
Your weigh-in, how many times you trained, roughly what you ate. The rest slip, and the ones that matter usually show up late.
All of it, in context, every week. The longer you're here, the more it knows about what actually works for you, and the sharper my coaching gets.
That gives me more to coach with. I spot the stalled lift, the sleep slide or the weekend drift early, and my calls rest on your whole history, not my memory of it.
The system reads everything you log, every day, and flags what's changed: a lift that has stopped moving, sleep sliding three weeks running, a session missed twice. Most of it you wouldn't have noticed yet. I get it before you do.
Illustrative conversation.
No guessing what happens after you say yes.
A short call, then your full plan within 48 hours with a video walkthrough. You know exactly what Monday looks like.
We find your real starting numbers: strength, bodyweight, how you actually eat. The first adjustments land fast.
Loads climb, nutrition gets built around your real life, and the routine starts running without willpower.
We put your first photos and numbers next to today's. If you did the work and nothing has measurably moved, I coach you free until it does.
2016 → 2026
I'm Don Wilder. I'm 41. I've built businesses, run teams, and had plenty of years where work took everything I had. The training never stopped. Not because I have more discipline than you, but because I built it to survive weeks like that.
I built my physique by learning from elite coaches, self-study, and a lot of trial and error. I cut everything that doesn't matter and built a system efficient enough to survive a week that has no room in it. More than a decade of training later, that system is what I coach.
If you're wondering whether you've left it too late: you haven't. The men who get furthest are almost never the ones who started youngest. They're the ones who stopped starting over.
The business is new. The coaching isn't. Every man here was in my life long before Built Wilder had a name, and under each one I tell you exactly what he is to me and what my part actually was. No anonymous quotes and no stock photos.

Wanted to go from "works out" to "competes." Custom programming built on progressive overload, advanced techniques, and dialed nutrition took him to the competitive stage. Consistency and accountability did the rest.
Disclosure: a training partner from my gym.

"I had the pleasure of training with Don Wilder and receiving private coaching from him for years. Since I started, I've gained over 25+ pounds of muscle. My body transformed, my mindset improved, and my confidence increased. His knowledge on bodybuilding is elite."
Disclosure: a friend, and someone I coached privately long before Built Wilder existed.

"Don is who I go to when I want a straight answer about training. The direction he gave me tightened up how I structure my sessions and cut out the stuff that wasn't doing anything. He knows his subject properly and he explains it in a way that actually sticks."
Disclosure: a friend and training partner, not a coaching client. The programming and the direction were mine; the consistency that made it work was his.
"Don inspired me to commit to a consistent gym routine. For the first time, I've had the benefit of guidance and a well-structured training plan."
Disclosure: a friend.
"I lost about 75 pounds training with Don. What made it work was that he built it around my life instead of handing me someone else's plan. He paid attention, and he adjusted things before I fell off."

Apply for a spotThe value isn't more information. It's knowing exactly what to focus on, and having someone responsible for helping you follow through.
Built Wilder provides the plan, feedback, adjustments, and accountability. You provide honest communication and consistent effort.
The fair comparison isn't a gym membership. It's what it costs to have someone this involved in your week.
Typically $60 to $100 a session, twice a week. Great for the two hours you're together. The other 166 hours, and your nutrition, are on you.
Where well-known programs sit. Some are a template with a monthly check-in; some give you a coach you rarely hear from.
A weekly video review of your numbers, WhatsApp with Don, software analysing your data for him, everything tracked, and a plan adjusted every week.
At the founding rate that's about $46 a week, less than a single session with most in-person trainers. Prices are typical US ranges and vary by city and coach.
One coaching offer, built to be genuinely personal. No confusing tiers.
$199/month
Founding rate for the first 10 clients, locked for as long as you stay. $499/month after that.

Apply for 1:1 coachingNo checkout button on purpose. Coaching starts with a conversation: apply, we talk, and if we're both in, you pay and onboarding starts.
Complete a short application so I can understand your goals, history, schedule, and challenges.
A straightforward conversation to confirm coaching is appropriate and that we're a good fit on both sides.
Pay, complete onboarding, and your personalized training and nutrition plan arrives within 48 hours with a video walkthrough, so there's zero ambiguity about what to do Monday morning.
Train, message me when you need me, check in weekly, and get a plan I have adjusted myself. Momentum builds week after week.
Apply → short call → pay → onboarding → your custom plan within 48 hours. From there you train and log in your client dashboard, message me on WhatsApp whenever you need to, and check in weekly. I review every check-in, send you a video and adjust your plan.
A real coach: me. I review every check-in myself, record you a video each week, make every change to your plan, and answer your messages.
Behind that sits software I built and tuned to how I coach. Its job is to read data, not to talk to you: it ingests your log every day and flags what's worth my attention, so nothing gets lost between check-ins. The coaching decisions are mine.
Men, 18 and over. Most of the guys I coach are in their 30s to 50s and juggling work and family, but age alone doesn't decide whether it's a good fit. If the approach and goals resonate, apply.
Built Wilder uses proven strength-training and physique-development principles, but you don't need to be a bodybuilder. The goal is to help you become stronger, leaner, more capable, and more consistent in a way that works within your life.
Plans are built around your actual equipment and schedule: home gym, hotel gym, full gym. If your situation changes, your plan changes.
The nutrition plan is built around how you already eat: restrictions, preferences, and the dinners you're not going to skip with your family. Nothing works if you can't live on it.
Training: typically 3–5 sessions of 45–75 minutes. Check-in: about 10 minutes a week. That's the whole overhead.
Strength moves first (weeks), visible change follows (a couple of months), the "holy crap" photos take longer. I'll never promise a timeline I can't back. Your check-in data will show progress long before the mirror does.
There's a language model in it, and I won't pretend otherwise. What a general chatbot doesn't have is what makes mine useful: my coaching playbook, and your whole training, check-in and bloodwork history, held together in one place. It hands me the picture, I do the coaching. A chatbot starts from zero every session. Mine starts from you.
$199/month for the first 10 founding clients, and that rate stays yours for as long as you're a client. After those 10 spots are filled, it's $499/month. Billing is monthly with no lock-in contract, and you can cancel any time before your next billing date. Onboarding is included with no separate setup fee. You're not billed anything until we've talked and we've both agreed it's a fit.
That's what the 90-Day Standard is for. If you do the work (follow the plan and make your weekly check-ins) and your bodyweight, waist or main lifts haven't measurably moved in 90 days, I coach you free until they do. You risk effort. I risk my time. That's the deal.
Apply below and find out whether the program is right for your goals, schedule, and current situation. No payment until we've talked and we're both in.
